DJ Dabu
On Thursday, November 8, I’ll be welcoming DJ Dabu (aka Dan D’Aloisio) to the WZBC FM studio. He’ll be spinning an extended set of deep, dark, seismic dubstep. Dabu is a central figure in Boston’s burgeoning dubstep scene and is one of the organizers of the Bassic monthly at the Good Life. For a bit more background, here’s a link to a recent column that I wrote in the Boston Phoenix: Back to Bassic.
Here also is a link to a pair of recent Dabu mixes posted at Blentwell: http://www.blentwell.com/bookmarks.php/dabu
