Analog Africa Blog
The album that’s been providing the soundtrack to much of my summer thus far has been the wonderful African Scream Contest compilation on Analog Africa, which contains a scorchingly hot selection of seventies funk and Latin-inflected music from Benin and Togo. The label has a blog where you can find some swell mixes and mp3s. Check it out!
